good job of weaving actual history and historical characters with fictional persons to make a good story.
Jason Manning writes a good story, no matrter what the subject. This story happens to be about a famous gunfighter, Ben Thompson. As he gains reputation as a gunfighter those who are wannabees are searching for him. But that enda up being their demise.
Jason Manning writes a very good, very believable story. He gives a credible look at what early Western living might have been like. I thoroughly enjoy his stories.
